Toy Kingdom Toy Expo 2012 held it’s pre-opening last Wednesday, August 22. The event was hosted by Paolo Abrera and to kick-off the opening, a raffle was held and three lucky winners got to take home three different video game consoles: Wii, PS3 and an Xbox. How cool is that?!
Attending guests were welcomed with cocktails while waiting outside the event area of SMX Halls 3 & 4.There were a lot of people from the media, publications and channel networks all ready to take a peak at the latest toys and gadgets.
You can see Iron Man and the rest of The Avengers on the Toy Expo. You can even create and build your own 3.75-inch action figure from Hasbro. The figures are fully articulated, movie articulated and are packed with exciting accessories.
You get to explore Barbie’s pink portal that transport you inside her Dream Closet! It’s a world of endless fashion, accessories and imaginative play, through interactive activities and augmented-reality “mirrors” so you can dress up yourselves using Barbie’s favorite fashion. You yourself can become a Barbie, how fun is that?!
There’s Tea Time Play for those who want to meet and greet Hello Kitty. You can also shop for Hello Kitty toys, games, apparel and accessories.
LEGO partnered with the Department of Tourism as they aim to promote the beauty of the Philippines through an exhibit of the re-creations of famous regional landmarks and icons and was highlighted with a 16 x 20 feet Philippine map- all made of course from colorful LEGO bricks. The famous places such as Luneta, Fort Santiago, Chocolate Hills, Crocodile Farm, Banaue Rice Terraces and other wondrous sites like one has never seen before.

Truly it was a fun-filled expo where both kids and kids at heart enjoyed shopping for the latest toys, gadgets and even participating in the numerous activities. Thank you Toy Kingdom!
