Follow Lush into a world of pure imagination this wintertime (winter feels for us living in the tropics!) with a myriad of innovations. This new collection of fresh products, ranging from bath bombs and shower jellies to handmade gifts are sure to tickle your fancy as well as captivate with their spectacular effects.
I dropped by Lush in Glorietta to learn more about their winter collection/holiday 2015. Aside from the intoxicating smell, I was drawn by the colourful display of fresh handmade soaps and ready to give gift sets.
All products are vegetarian and have not been tested on animals. All raw materials and essential oils are ethically sourced. Where possible products are made solid, to eliminate the need for preservatives and excess packaging, which is especially important at this time of the year with Christmas and its frenzy of gift giving.
You can rest assured knowing that the packaging is recycled and recyclable, that the papers and ribbons have been sourced from community projects around the world.

There’s a variety of Lush bath bombs to choose from. So many, I cannot decipher which is which.
New hexagon-shaped bath bomb smells and looks good.
More bombs to choose from. Grabe, if I had a bath tub, I would make sure I have all of these Lush bath bombs. Tipong collect and collect, then come bath time I shall select!
Candy mountain bubble bar.
Five gold rings (inspired by the song 12 Days of Christmas) that you can use individually. It’s shiny, simmering, splendid! Heehee.
Bath Ballistic Tisty Tosty has real dried nuts. Toasty!
Star Dust bath bomb made with sparkles and tiny stars.

One of the cutest and Christmas appropriate bomb is this Dashing Santa bath bomb.

Magic Wand Bubble Bar that you can reuse thanks to its popsicle stick. Swish it to your liking – many times if you want – then save the rest for another bath time.

Lush also has lip colours and they look promising! Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to play with them during my store visit. Hopefully I can next time.
I also learned that it only takes a few minutes to create your own bath bomb. Gather a handful of Lush dusting powder and press it evenly on the bath bomb mold. Press both halves together and secure it tightly. Let it sit for three hours before you remove it from the mold. That’s it pancit, you’ve already created your own Lush bath bomb!

You can opt to have your Lush pick wrapped in their reusable knotwrap. Not only have you helped reduce landfill created by waste paper, you can also reuse it as a scarf and bag strap wrap among other things. A Knotwrap cost about P300+. It’s a good way to pass it forward, don’t you think?
This reusable scarf is made from recycled plastic bottles and is printed into organic cotton. Galing no?!
