A total of 3 jars of juices (350 ml/jar), 1 jar of oats, 2 jars of salads and 2 organic teas and cleanse guide. (not in photo) you can also do purely juicing with 6 cold-pressed juices, 2 organic teas and cleanse guide.
No processed meats, junk food, caffeinated drinks, alcoholic drinks and nicotine energy drinks during the raw food diet program. But if you just want to incorporate these juices, teas, salads & oats slowly into your diet, you may do so to gradually transition and prepare your body to a healthier food alternative.
Mason jars keep the juices, salads & oats fresh until the time you open it. The salads were as crispy as they were from the moment they were harvested. I am seriously addicted to Mason Jars & Beyond raw food, that my palette’s longing for them every time. Last week was all about healthy eating for me. My body sort of rejected all things processed, unnatural and unhealthy. I wasn’t craving to munch on my usual chips but I admit, I gave in to some of my favorite chocolates. but still, I couldn’t stop wanting my Mason Jars & Beyond goodies.
I even brought with me some Mason Jars & Beyond treats during my whole day shoot last week. The production team even had a boxful (yes, a huge box) of chips which mostly were my favourites but despite the temptation, I didn’t have the urge to eat them.
