There aren’t a lot of soup recipes that are easy to prepare. Picadillo is a famous easy peasy recipe with ground beef or pork as its main ingredient. I’d like to share with you all my corned beef version of picadillo with soup which you can easily prepare for your family.
WACHUNID:
1 can corned beef (depending on your brand of choice), 1 medium size carrots, 1 medium size potato, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 medium size onion, 2 tsp. butter, 1 small can of tomato sauce, salt & pepper to taste.
3 Easy Peasy Steps:
1. Sauté garlic and onion in butter.
Add corned beef
2. Add in the carrots & potato and the tomato sauce.
3. Add 2-3 cups of water, simmer for 5-10 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.
Viola! Instant soup!

Is it too oily? err..?
Not too oily but since it’s beef, it is. The beefy flavor is just too good too resist!
