I can’t believe it’s the last Monday of September! 🙈 No weekend recap today because I’m editing a video for it which hopefully I can publish next week. Anyhow, thought I’d give Monday something that help us power through the week.
Every other Monday I answer some questions over my Instagram account and there was this one particular question that stood out from the rest. It wasn’t a fitness, motherhood nor a style related question I usually get. And after posting the answer, a few people slid me a DM, thanking me for it. Though I keep an ASK ME tab on my Instagram highlights to see questions I’ve already answered, I thought I’d share it here as well.
I think it’s time to give importance to mental health as much as physical health. If your mind is cluttered & clouded with so many thoughts, it’s affects not just the way you think but also the way you move, act, and yes even feel. Thankfully, more and more people are bringing awareness to mental health and it’s not as taboo as it once used to be. Sooooo I was asked for advice on how to take care of one’s mental health with all the responsibilities live gives.

I have a few other thoughts on my mind and I wanted to elaborate each tip but I have to tuck my kids in and have some laundry that needs to be folded so I’ll edit this some other time. ☺️ I hope these tips will help you whenever you feel like you’re life isn’t good enough or you catch yourself comparing & wanting someone else’s perfectly curated social media life. Remember, what people post online is just a fraction of who they are and what their life is, so don’t take it too seriously. 😉 What matters is how you find inspiration in what you see on social media and make it as a motivation to make yourself & your life better. ❤️
