Today’s Recipe: Tinolang Manok

Tinolang Manok is one of my all time favorite easy to do Filipino dish. I’ve learned how to cook this dish back when I was a teenager thanks to my mom!

Wachunid:

3 Easy Peasy steps:

Step 1: Sauté garlic & onion in a teaspoon of oil, add chicken and ginger.

Step 2:Add water and simmer for 10 minutes.

Step 3: Add in sayote or papaya and dahon ng silk or malunggay. Simmer for another 5 minutes. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

Viola! Tinolang Manok

Yummy!

I always have extra rice whenever this is our food! Pair it with chili & fish sauce and you’re good!

Next time I want to try cooking Tinolang Binakol :)
