Upon driving along C5 two weeks ago, I had a glimpse of a huge billboard that seemed to tease everyone who’s driving towards it. Let me show you why.

And of course, for a chicken lover like me (a little insight: I celebrated my 7th birthday at Max’s first restaurant in Quezon City) I was more giddy than everyone else to participate in this month-long deal. So last Sunday I together with my family gave in. We couldn’t resist. We had chicken all-you-can!
I think Max’s still has it, their best tasting fried chicken has become part of our lifestyle, and we Pinoys fondly grew up to.
I had 3 rounds of chicken. So that’s 3/4 of a whole chicken! woot! If only I didn’t eat too much rice with it, I would’ve had 4-6 rounds! Although we figured that the chicken they served was a wee bit tinier than their regular ones, still we didn’t complain! who would for chicken all-you-can at 199 pesos! Oh, did I mention it comes with a drink? Your choice of iced tea or Pepsi, add P28 to make it bottomless. Since I only eat the leg/thigh part of a chicken, I was lucky enough that the server was kind enough to accommodate my request. If you’re lucky (like me) you get to nab the part you like but if there’s a lot of people, you get to choose only what’s serve (not unless you get all chummy chums with your server *winks*)
Chicken All-you-can from Max’s Restaurant is available daily 6-10 pm from June 10,2011 to July 10,2011. You’ve still got almost a month to condition yourself for an all-out chicken goodness!
